Anne Thomson, Administration and Finance Assistant I’ve been with Kindred since July 2016 as Administration and Finance Assistant. I have worked in administration jobs since 1997 and Kindred is an organisation like no other I’ve known as an employee. The friendly, family atmosphere and sense of team work is at the heart of their operation and company ethos. I find Kindred an incredibly rewarding place to work, as we are all part of real and practical improvements being made to the lives of Kindred families every day. I especially enjoy managing incoming funds that our advocacy workers have secured and subsequently paying these out to the families for everything from special equipment or therapies to holidays. At home I have two energetic boys to care for and we all enjoy the outdoors, nature walks and time in the garden for football and digging in the vegetable patch.
