Over the years I’ve had a range of jobs, from marketing at a bank to fundraising for a national charity, but the nature of the work at Kindred and the sense of achievement I get, means that this is the most rewarding job I’ve had.  I’ve worked for Kindred since February 2014 and am still learning about the challenges facing some families and how Kindred makes a difference.

My role involves managing various aspects of office administration, and it’s my privilege to support the work of our amazing front line staff, who always go the extra mile to support families of children with disabilities.   I also answer Helpline calls, so am aware how important Kindred is to so many families and professionals.  Even the difficult days can lead to a sense of achievement.

About me in one sentence . . .  I am a people person, I love to travel and see new parts of the world, I sing in a community choir, I run (but not very far!) and do yoga to keep fit, I try to get to the cinema every couple of weeks and I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
