FREE Parent Information Sessions - December @ Kindred

Do you have questions about your child's education?
You're not alone!
We will be running FREE parent information sessions in December where you can learn more about Additional Support for Learning in schools, the Curriculum for Excellence, placing requests and much more. You will also be encouraged to develop tools & strategies for parenting your child or young person with additional needs in the company of other parents and experienced trainers.
The sessions on the 7th and 13th of December are already full - so be quick if you'd like to attend either of the final sessions.
About the sessions:
Moving to High School (for families of young people age 11-14 years old)
Date/Time: 14th December: 10am-1pm
- Information on placing requests, Additional Support for Learning and what to expect at high school
Moving On - (for families of young people afes 16-19)
Date/Time: 14 December: 6.30pm- 9.30pm
- Information about what happens after school! College, university, employment, allowances, direct payments, self-directed support and much more!
All infomration sessions will take place at Kindred Office, 7 Rutland Court Lane, Edinburgh, EH3 8ES
