Here are some quotes from parents who attended previous groups:

A really life changing group.  Somewhere I could be myself, find myself again.  It was such a relief to be able to talk about being the mum of a child with additional needs to others who truly understand.

Having attended the group I feel encouraged, built-up and strengthened to face the difficulties of being a mum to 2 children with additional needs.

The Group was brilliant.  The counsellors are very good, inspiring, in tune with feelings of people in the Group, and steer conversations by listening to the needs of people in the Group.  I was unsure what to expect but it brought up feelings and emotions within me and helped me deal with them.  It also helped listening to others with the same issues.
