Our opening hours for enquiries are Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.  For referral to our service please contact our staff by phone or email for an initial discussion.  Staff will be able to let you know if you (or the person you are referring) is eligible for our service.  

Please note that during busy periods we may take up to 3 working days to respond to either telephone or email messages.

  • Social Work Assessment (Section 23)

    If your child has a disability or long-term health condition then you are likely to require additional help with family life. The Social Work department of your local authority has a duty to assess the needs of your child. This is called a Section 23 Assessment.
